Hawthorne at Victoria
Hawthorne at Victoria is a newer complex that is located off Ben Wilson and US 59T Business. It’s a short drive to popular fast food such as Wendy’s, Smoothie King, McDonalds, Sonic, Popeye’s and Whataburger. It is also near to the Victoria College as well as UHV.
These apartments have a modern design with multiple layouts available. There is a dog park and plenty of space, with a gated entrance and exit as well. The main downside to the complex is that it is right against the railroad tracks, which may be a nuisance for some.
The Duke
The Duke Apartments offers a luxury gated complex that is conveniently located near the Victoria Mall as well as the movie theatre. These apartments are also newer and more up to date than others in town. The Duke offers multiple layouts that are spacious, have working spaces/nooks, and a relatively modern design. The main benefit to The Duke is the amount of space and good layout of their apartments.
Latigo Crossing
Latigo Crossing is a new complex located of off John Stockbauer on the south side of town, near Cimarron Junction and Colony Creek Golf Course. This complex offers decent sized apartments with general layouts that are open and spacious.
Aria
The Aria is a newer complex in Victoria that is located off of Zac Lentz Parkway on the north side of town. This places it near Target, Wells Fargo, Starbucks and Olive Garden. The Aria is gated, has a pool, gym as well as carport and garage parking. The Aria has basic layouts that are spacious and offer a very cozy feeling. The main downside to the Aria is it’s location off of the highway and basic choices as far as layout and design.
Oak Forest
Oak Forest is another newer complex in Victoria with exterior changes made after Hurricane Harvey. Oak Forest is gated, offers a small gym and pool, and has garage parking available. Oak Forest offers simple layout options, which is where they would lack compared to some of the other options. This complex is great for those that want an apartment in a nicer side of town, is gated, and has a modern design. Oak forest is located off of North John Stockbauer, placing it near the Victoria Mall.
