Our Movers

Our team is trained in house and employed by Y’all Call I Haul. We don’t hire day labor or helpers, all of our team members are affiliated with our company. Team members are always professional, polite, and ready to work. Our work ethic is second to none, our team is quick moving (we charge by the hour!), and always ready for a challenge. Whether your move is small or large we are ready for anything!

You should expect smiling faces, yes sir/yes ma’am, and a positive attitude from our team. We are a tight knit group, and consider our team members family, and expect them to treat our customers as such.

Our Process For Moving

We have a streamline process for moving our customers including scheduling, moving, and payment. When you hire us we take the stress of moving off of your shoulders and make the process simple as possible.

Scheduling

When you first contact us for your move you will discuss the details of your move with our moving coordinator. We will get all of the details such as to and from location, date of your move, items you need moved, and any specialty items. From there we will give you an estimated price or schedule a walkthrough if needed.

From there we will book your move on our scheduling software. Our software will send you a confirmation letting you know you are booked. You will also receive a reminder prior to your move date to let you know we haven’t forgot about you!

Moving

Now that it’s your move date you can expect us to give you a call to let you know we’re on our way. Our movers show up on time ready to work. We bring all of the necessary equipment including the truck, moving blankets, dollies, and wrapping materials. If boxes and packaging materials are needed they will be brought as well.

We load our trucks based on our in house training, typically loading boxes first and furniture last. This allows our movers to bring your furniture in first without boxes being in the way, then bring your boxes and stack in their proper places. We secure all of our truck loads with straps as well to keep them secure during the trip.

Payment

We make payment easy by accepting all major forms of payment from cash, checks, and cards. We provide an invoice/receipt with each transaction that can be accessed via email.
